It is horizontally marked. There is a band of rope decoration below the rim. The base is flat, and the rim is plain and squared. It is broken and mended. There is a chip in the rim. Otherwise, it is complete.

From Zawyet el-Aryan, Z 500. 1911: excavated by the Harvard University–Boston Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; assigned to the MFA in the division of finds by the government of Egypt.
