Eggshell thin, handmade polished ware of Nubian A-Group, with black interior and buff exterior painted with red painted geometric patterns imitating basketry.
From south of Egeba, Nubia (Egypt). 1910-11: excavated by George A. Reisner for the Harvard University-Museum of Fine Arts Expedition for the Archaeological Survey of Nubia (field no. 148/44/5); assigned to the MFA in the division of finds by the Egyptian government.
