Yellow silk ground. The design consists of vertical stripes of white diamonds containing semi-conventional flower forms and a powder of sprays of flowers. The orphrey is of white corded silk. The design of sprays of flowers against a diamond lattice is embroidered with blue, green, yellow, orange, and violet chenille, and silver and gold thread and spangles. (The hood had been removed before it was given to the M.F.A.) edged with gold braid.
