Chinese for export. [One of] Five pot-de-cremes and covers. Bulbous sides, small base-band; reeded twisted strap double handles, leaves at body, decorated in blue and gold. Nankeen borders with gilding. Coat-of-arms of Newman: sable three mullets arg quarterly 1and 3 with crowned portculis or in center. Crest a martlet rising.
