The raised cup has a flared rim and rests on a circular wire rim. The lower section of the cup is decorated with applied ribs formed od chased sheet. The midband is a reeded wire, and the flat scrolled handle is decorated with a string of applied beading.

Engraved on the underside, IR; S; scrathced "1722".
