Chinese for export. Cylindrical cup, scroll handle with scroll. Saucer, flat bottom & flaring sides. Gold etched border with four wide sepia landscape insets & four short red landscape insets, all in very scrolled borders. Under red insets wide insets with birds, under sepia narrow insets with landscapes. All in brown diaper border & within a gilded band. In center shield of arms of Hammond with crest. Set with 51.1034-.1056).
