Reproduction(?). Cobalt blue. Serrated curcular edge. Stippled rim impressed eith anchors stars and American eagle. Ship in center faces left, rigging twisted, waves short. Flies two flags and pennant; on flag initials “B.F.” the other, stars and stripes. Initial “F” on paddle box. Name benjamine Franklin stamped above ship.
