Cotton warp, polychrome silk weft with touches of white linen. Small cover, showing in center unidentified coat of arms surmounted by plumed helmet and armored arm holding sword, and surrounded by elaborate frame. Wide border of plant motifs and various animals arranged to fill space completely. In each corner is a small shield of arms repeating one of the nine pieces of main shield. Plain narrow guard bands.
