“S ware” cylindrical beaker. It has a flat base and rolled and slightly flaring rim. It is made of light red marl clay. There is white on the surface. The interior is encrusted. It is much mended and restored. “25” written on side of vessel.

Purchased in Egypt by Albert M. Lythgoe for the MFA; 1903: acquired with funds from the Emily Esther Sears Fund.
