S ware; cylinder beaker; flat base; rolled rim; surface encrusted with crystals. Incomplete, reconstructed. Black paint inscription of pointed serekh [Horus name of Aha (Menes)].
From Zawyet el-Aryan, Grave Z 2/2. 1910: excavated by the Harvard University–Boston Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; assigned to the MFA in the division of finds by the government of Egypt.
