Neo-Babylonian Drilled Style. Standing god with headdress surmounted by crescent. He is surrounded with nimbus (melammu) of stars. Worshipper (owner of seal?) with raised right hand at his right. Cuneiform inscription between god and worshipper. At left, winged, bearded genius with plant in one hand.
