Deity seated at right holding cup, an attendant with upraised hands stands behind him. Suppliant with kid offering stands before deity. Decapitated kid offering on stand between them (its head below). Small human-headed winged bull (lamassu) flanked by drillings in field above them. Four columns of inscription.
