The slate is gray colored. The base is missing, and the rim is flattened and everted. It is broken and mended. Several small fragments are now separated from the beaker. Fragments are missing.

From Zawyet el-Aryan. 1911: excavated by the Harvard University–Boston Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; assigned to the MFA in the division of finds by the government of Egypt.
