Composed of many panels of two different brocades, all bordered with gold galloon; the whole lined with green silk taffeta. One brocade shows flowers, leaves, ribbons and vines in gold and bright polychrome silk and chenille yarns, on dark magenta figured ground. The other shows the same pattern in slightly different colors on a figured white ground. Elliptical opening for neck. Condition fair; front and back panels worn. Brocade eaten out of one lower corner. Lining has holes, tears, two large stains.
