This bronze finial is of a cup or cap-like form. One end is of flat, knob-like shape that connects to a flaring, cup-like end that carries linear decoration and .   pierced, cap-like form, upper half marked with linear and hatched decorations. Many areas show a greenish patina.

From Luristan, 1930: purchased by the MFA through Mr. Upham Pope.*
