DescriptionThe flat hook is trefoil shaped and is engraved on the front with a tulip. Two hooks are applied to the back: the upper, perpendicular, and the lower, flush. The hook is formed from a cut and engraved sheet with applied round wires.

On reverse (struck twice) maker's mark IS a pellet between and a pellet below, a crown above in a shaped shield (unrecorded)
