DescriptionPolished redware dish; rounded base with exterior burnish strokes; wear at the rim and interior; deep scratches sweeping the interior near the rim.
ProvenanceFrom Dakka (ASN103/13/2). 1910. Excavated by Harvard University–Boston Museum of Fine Arts Expedition for the Archaeological Survey of Nubia; assigned to the MFA in the division of finds by the Egyptian government.
