Polished redware broad mouth pot; rounded base; unevenly modeled walls with many tool and finger marks; unevenly worn rim and a dark ash and burn discolorations all around the base.
From Dakka (ASN102/98/1). 1910. Excavated by Harvard University–Boston Museum of Fine Arts Expedition for the Archaeological Survey of Nubia; assigned to the MFA in the division of finds by the Egyptian government.
