Obverse: Quadriga with horses galloping to left. Charioteer bends forward, holding out his goad. Above, Nike flies to right, to crown him.
In exergue, on step, pair of greaves, helmet and cuirass.
Inscription in Greek.
Plain border.
Reverse: Head of Arethusa to left, with triple earring, and necklace of beads. Hair wavy, with loosely-curling ends, turned up behind, and bound with a wreath of barley.
Around it four dolphins.
In field, behind neck, a cockle shell, opening towards head.
