Tightly spaced vertical wires flare out into a cup-shaped seat having an arch of orange woolen padded upholstery that extends along upper edge. Simple padded seat is set into base of the cup shaped seat. Pedestal is in the form of a truncated cone-shaped having similar wire construction. Three bracing rings within base provides structure; a plastic cap encases and protects the base.
