DescriptionOne from a set of eighteen shaped circular dinner plates, the rim with overlapping laurel and ovolo at intervals, the borders engraved with a coronet and Electoral bonnet, fourteen by Jean-Louis III Imlin and four by Jacques-Henri Alberti.
InscriptionsMaker's Mark: IMLIN in a rectangle (Helft, 1096). Maison Commune: 1767: a crowned Q (Helft, 1092). Other: Reconnaissance, 1750-1789: a crowned 13 (Helft, 1082); a small rectangle; Countermark used after 1838: parts of insects (Rosenberg, 5929).
