Obverse: Profile bust of Don d'Avalos looking to proper left, wearing a hat with broad brim; inscribed at edge "DON·INIGO· ·DE·DAVALOSO".

Reverse: An orb with heraldic shield above; inscribed at edge "PER VVI SE FA" and "OPVS·PISANI·PICTORIS".
