This is a cut-out gouache drawing on black paper illustrating a component of a larger piece, an earring, or brooch. The subject is three flowers emanating from a stylized scroll. Each flower is composed of a central round diamond surrounded by seven blue (sapphire?) petals. The scrolls consist of green table cut stones and there are sprigs made of baguette diamonds.
