DescriptionThe drawing marked "D" on this small square of black paper depicts a gold and white metal ring resembling a button and button hole with a large round diamond as the"button" and "hole" in a horseshoe shape consisting of 14 calibre set sapphires (?). Small round diamonds decorate the shank.
