DescriptionFragment of ornamental band. Ground: cream-white linen with threads drawn out parallel to band. Design conventionalized rose buds worked like tapestry with silk (pink and white buds, and green leaves on light neutral ground). Orange and yellow herring-bone stitch along sides.
