DescriptionSmall escutcheon-shaped drawstring bag. Four panels of dark brown hair rep ground brocaded with gold and silver metallic threads, salmon silk. Design of three birds in tree on two sides, Baroque floral motif on other two. Silk and metallic galloon binding at panel seams. Salmon silk drawstring. Original salmon silk lining deteriorated. Binding at top and undyed cotton lining added at a later date. Condition: worn.
