An evening dress in two parts of black chiffon with all over small-scale floral swag brocaded with light blue, pink and green silks; bodice; (a) fitted and boned with wide flaring neckline and short puffed sleeves, pink satin draped sash with bow and long streamers in center back, neckline trimmed with self ruching, skirt (b) rather plain in front with greatest fullness gathered at back and forming slight train at back, bottom edge trimmed with self ruching; lined throughout with black satin; printed gold label on bodice waist band: MAISON MANCHON ROLAND Peyret Tannin Succr.
