Short cocktail dress with bodice and long sleeves of black velvet, skirt and cuffs of same black and white plaid wool, and two large black and white sequin bows at center front below sweetheart neckline. Skirt lined in black silk plain weave, underskirt of black net and black silk edged with horsehair and black lace. Zipper at center back. Interior label at center back: “Oscar de la Renta / Made in USA”
