Dress in two parts; (a) unbleached cotton blouse, square neck, short straight sleeves, gathered fullness below yoke; yoke and top band of sleeves embroidered with brilliant polychrome silks in satin stitch in large floral design. (b) Skirt of red cotton flannelette with black printed design of dots and daisy petals over ground with deep border of butterflies and conventionalized plants; green, black, and silver sequins sewn over printed design; in center front of skirt large eagle grasping peacock embroidered with silver and green sequins, deep top yoke and narrow bottom border of bright green appliquéateen, elastic in gathered waist.
