Dress of pale peach colored taffeta with vertical white silk warp figured stripes alternately wide in elaborate meander and narrow in chevron design, tightly fitted bodice coming to deep V in center front, hooked down center back, short sleeves, wide flaring neck, neck and sleeves trimmed with folds of self material, full skirt with fullness pleated evenly all around except at center back where it is arranged in gathers, deep sleeves ruffles of blond lace; tag sewed in waist band with ink inscription: Mrs. Inches.
