DescriptionCylindrical body of eagle-wing (?) bone with V-shaped window. Duct block of wood. Carrying cord of leather (length 420 mm) tied just below window. Two eagle "fluffy" feathers suspended near center by long cords of leather. One eagle "fluffy" feather and small tuft of eagle down dyed red, bound near distal end with sinew.
