On a dark blue cotton ground are printed five sprays of roses. On the ends and sides, and in the corners are printed patterns probably done by the reserve process, often called “batik”. Across each end are three sprays of flowers, worked with gold thread and two shades of pink silk. Edged with narrow gold point lace.
