Embroidered picture of spinning lady and figures in a landscape, linen plain weave canvas worked predominantly tent stitch and long-and-short stitch with areas of cross, bullion, and stem stitch. Silks and crewels in shades of blue, green, red, ecru white, brown and black. Figures, animals and birds in landscape, among them is a woman spinning and another picking grapes and a man in a tree gathering pears. Framed and glazed. Condition good.
