Obverse: Beaded rim; profile bust of Eugène Süe looking to proper right; inscribed at edge “LES LIBERAUX BELGES A EUGÈNE SÜE” and under bust “HART JANV.1848”.

Reverse: Lightning bolts and a feather at center; inscribed at edge “BULLE/DE/CLEMENT XIV/1773/ÉDIT/DE/LOUIS XV/1764/ÉDIT/DE/MARIE-THERÈSE/1773/LE JUIF ERRANT/1844/*”.
