Evening dress of pale blue satin with self colored figured of large magnolia blossom, dress in “princesse” lines with long train in back, hooked in back in surplice line, short sleeves, and panel at left of bodice extending to point on skirt of cream colored silk net, embroidered with pearls and rhinestones, (probably dress originally had additional lace or tulle trimming), weighted train. Woven into petersham: Driscoll 715. Boylston St. Boston
