Handle of bound rushes; putto with flowered scarf on shell at top; shell modeling on long lip and for seated Neptune at right front, 4 horses heads and forefeet in high relief below; ship in relief and painted turtle on front side, waves opposite. Mermaid below handle (end of tail and two fingers broken), serpent (head gone), dolphins on oval base (screwed on) with polychrome rushes in relief. Mark: crossed swords, blue, under foot.
