Shiny double paper leaf. Obverse: Marquis de Lafayette and personification of France/Liberty on either side of flaming altar, flanked by two couples; stencilled scrollwork border. Reverse: “Le Serment de la Liberté par Mr. le Mquis. de la Fayette, Commandant Général de la Garde.” Thirteen bone sticks, obverse guard carved with bird and leaves.
