Obverse: possibly Abigail greeting David with food and offerings. Reverse: Apollo and Muses. Heavily stylized borders; narrow gilt on green edging (much obliterated). Carved ivory blades; guards of tortoiseshell and mother-of-pearl on ivory with steel piqué work in form of sea monster.
