DescriptionObverse: center allegorical vignette of "Queen Esther before King Ahasuerus", with gilt border, surrounded by hand-painted lace and striped ribbon against dark and light pin-striped background, black border. Reverse: Italian houses on island outlined in red with black birds, boats and foreground. Carved and pierced ivory sticks in stylized floral motif. Mother-of-pearl rings on rivet. Polychrome silk tassel unattached.
