Obverse: center vignette of figures playing blind-man’s-bluff, two outer vignettes of figures in contemporary costume seen through drawn curtains, surrounded by chinoiserie motifs against deep blue background. Reverse: center vignette of figures around lion statue, six small vignettes to sides, surrounded by gilt scrollwork against mottled brown-beige background. Carved and pierced ivory sticks with painted, gilt and copper detail; flirting mirror in gilt frame on obverse guard, glass Wedgewood cameo in gilt frame on reverse guard. Stylized brass ring.
