DescriptionScene of winged putti frolicing, three gulls, town left rear, figure under tree right, signed "Arthur Rotch ‘78"; narrow beige silk band at top. Carved and etched mother-of-pearl sticks in floral motif. Diamond paste studs in rivet. White silk and gilt-silver yarns and gilt-silver wire tassel depends from brass ring.
