Fibula in the shape of a cross-bow, the back segmented by ridges. Section of bow near the catch-plate shaped like a stylized dolphin, the dorsal fin scalloped. Catch-plate formed of folded sheet silver. Knob decorates segment at opposite end which terminates with a perpendicular cylinder to which the pin is attached. Dark patina. Traces of gilding remain.
