Pair of Figures of the Sultan and his Slave. Brightly colored, the sultan in fur-trimmed pink cloak and iron-red robe with jeweled and gilt frogging, his Moorish attendant in yellow-lined flowered cloak and striped robe, the Sultana in fur-lined black cloak, iron-red bodice, yellow apron and flowered skirt, the maid’s dress painted to match the Moor’s coat.
