Greenish-blue faience finger ring with oval bezel bearing inscribed name of “the god’s father Ay, the god, ruler of Thebes.”

During the second half of Dynasty 18 faience rings inscribed with the reigning king’s name were made as tokens of royal favor. These two examples are inscribed for the last kings of Dynasty 18.
