Painted paper leaf with applied ivory faces and fabric robes. Obverse side shows emperor in a court scene, surrounded by a decorative border. Reverse has a large pheasant, butterfly, peonies, fruit, buds and other flowers also surrounded with a decorative border. Gilt paper binding at top. Black lacquered sticks with three men holding fans sitting in a garden. Blades with a gold painted man at the top with flowers below him. Pink/orange and yellow silk tassels with clear beads suspended from brass ring.
