Obverse: Bust of Maximinus II left, wearing helmet and holding spear and shield on which illegible figures. On the end of the spear is the mappa (?).

Reverse: Maximinus galloping right, his body turned partly to the left holding in his left hand his shield and piercing with his spear an enemy in the foreground who falls on his shield, another falls forward and a third lies on his back with his shield at his side.
