Ground: gray-green linen gauze (in cloth weave); mostly rotted away. Design: tapestry band; guilloche of cream linen and black silk (on yellow silk ground) framing yellow silk quatrefoils on green, red, or blue silk ground. Above and below (addorsed) is a simple Kufic inscription (.01 high) in cream linen on red silk ground; ornamented with yellow silk ground; ornamented with yellow silk running leafy vine. Very worn and ragged. Inscription: “Power” (repeated). See note.
