Ground: worn gold (gilded silver wound on yellow silk) weft tied by faded orange silk warp. Design: ogee lattice woven with cream colored silk (originally wound with silver) framing small bird on iris plant woven with cream colored, pink, neutral blue and green silk weft. Made up of several pieces sewed together and edged floral border. Very much worn.
