DescriptionOn a dark brownish blue ground, a design is woven with light tan colored wool, which was probably white when it was new. The design consists of connected small and large lozenges; each large lozenge frames a bust; vine branches surround the large lozenges; pairs of human figures with raised arms flank the small lozenges. Each of the small lozenges encloses a cross. Like 15.653 and 15.655
