DescriptionThe ground is of pinkish red wool; the design of circles, half circles, and other forms, much broken up, is woven with a pinkish red wool and linen thread. Narrow borders on each side of black and violet wool. Sewed on to a piece of heavy linen cloth. "Found on the body of a woman not far from San (Zoan; called Tanis by the Greeks). She was mummified and wrapped in her clothes and laid in a basket of rushes."
